ParentHelp 123

ParentHelp123.org complements WithinReach’s call center by providing families with an inviting, web-based point of access to programs and local resources.

Using ParentHelp123’s Benefit Finder, families can screen themselves for potential eligibility to free and low-cost health insurance and food programs and, on the site, complete program applications which can be printed and submitted to the appropriate agencies for processing. The development of ParentHelp123.org was generously supported by the Paul G. Allen Family Foundation, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the Washington State Department of Health, and WithinReach Donors.

In 2006, WithinReach was chosen as one of the top ten nominees for NPower Seattle’s Annual Innovation Award for its development of ParentHelp123.org. This award recognizes "creative use of technology that breaks with traditional approaches and results in measurable differences in the organization’s impact on the community."
